Martin Hayes Video, Live in Asturias
On December 27th 2023, in the enchanting Monasterio de San Salvador in Celoriu, Llar hosted an incredible musical evening featuring the world-renowned Irish fiddler, Martin Hayes and special guest Asturian piper José Manuel Tejedor. In a rare, totally acoustic performance, this concert was a gift from Hayes to the heart of Asturias and an act of generous patronage towards Llar, an Asturian cultural movement, marking a unique celebration of music and community.
At its core, LLAR stands as a testament to the power of cultural regeneration, where music, dance, and storytelling become the catalysts for environmental awareness and a harmonious future. LLAR is dedicated to the revival and celebration of Asturian cultural heritage, connecting global audiences to Asturian cultural traditions and supporting Asturian musicians on the world stage.
